Making computer programs or computer programming is probably one of the lucrative ways to make money online — or offline. Computer programming pays good, very good, in fact. One big project could make you thousands of dollars. And if you’re really good, you can cash out in a couple of weeks or so. Computer programming could actually be categorized as a “get rich quick” scheme, in a good and legitimate way.
Think of Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and those big names in software industry. And oh, don’t forget Mark Zuckerberg. You should know him by now. And if you don’t, ask Google
. How about Google? Without computer programmers and developers, Google won’t be where it is now. And then there are open-source programming gurus who are willing to share their work at no cost, free, and you can even share with the rest of the world. Consider Linus Torvalds, the creator of Linux OS (operating system) who shared his work to everyone. And so one of the most popular OS was born. But even though these programmers do not make money out of their source code (programs), they make money by providing technical support.
As a programming expert, the projects you work on depend largely on the programming language you are knowledgeable, familiar, or comfortable with. Before the advent of internet, resources are scarce and limited to books and classrooms as far as learning programming. Only those who are “geeks” and “nerds” are capable of this new way of doing things using “commands” and “alien” codes. But everything has changed since the internet and resources are available in the web in different forms. Now everyone has the chance to learn.
Programming may be a good way to earn money — online and offline — but there are also things to consider before you jump into your first programming project. Like system analysis and design which deal with user-needs assessment, specifications, interface, etc. Testing, implementation, and maintenance are also part of the programming cycle in which a programmer spends time to come up to user expectations.
This section of my blog will cover the first step in making money through computer programming. That is, learning the programming language and the platforms where you choose to develop programs on. C-plus-plus (C++), Java, web development scripting tools like HTML, PHP, Javascript, and CSS to name a few, will be covered in this section.
This blog will start from scratch and will assume aspiring new programmers as audience of this section. That being said, this does not limit intermediate and advanced programmers to look and peruse the blogs. There are a lot to learn from them so this blog section is also welcoming the experts.
Let’s fire away and get it started!

computer programming is not an easy tasks. It needs everyone involved a clear mind, wide thinker, and a patience mind. Computer programmers are considered a solution provider because they provides business solutions to different businesses or company.
you got it right, dindo. and not everyone can be a programmer because of what is reqiured of him or her. i love the challenge in programming, the logical thinking, and of course the pay
i have found this blog to be inspiring.
so i will return the favor,
by posting some of my personal revelations,
that have been extremely important to me.
even though i know that any person who reads this blog,
could potentially take the following words,
and use them against me,
in the form of increases career competition.
it seems often,
that someone mistakes something that is “difficult”,
for being something that is “impossible.”
difficult and impossible are 2 completely different species.
with difficult being one of millions of tiny insignificant ants on the ground,
and impossible being the fictitious snark,
which no one has ever seen before.
in either math of programming,
the single hardest part,
is to merely to keep working,
until the work is done.
and/or until all the problems are solved.
intelligence mostly just makes it take less time and effort,
to accomplish the same effect.
even an idiot will eventually get it to work.
as long as they keep trying.
and as a concession to nay sayers,
as long as they keep trying in different ways.
until they randomly discover the ways that make it work.
to keep trying until it is done,
is the most important of all things.
but the biggest thing that ALLOWS you to continue your effort,
is your ego.
that is right.
your ego.
your brazen self love,
that believes that you are good enough.
that you are some kind of intellectual chuck norris, of technical-awesome.
that like ichigo from bleach, you will invade soul society, beat up kenpachi,
and save the loli-princess who constantly hits and disrespects you.
your ego is the greatest possible motivator,
for learning/doing something.
especially something that is not absolutely necessary,
yet can easily become a true pain in the *****.
like programming or math.
nobody manages to do it well,
for reasons of their
friends,
family,
job security,
or greed for materialism.
ego is the reason,
that will get you there stronger,
faster,
and more comfortably.
it is the ultimate transportation, to your technical destination.
not having enough ego, is like a car that has too weak of an engine, to climb up a hill.
the car struggles and strains and whines, but goes nowhere.
the car is very likely to claim that it is “impossible!”,
roll back down the hill,
and right into “i’m not good enough” land.
which in western society, is an unpleasant, loud, densely populated trailor park.
that has dogs that bark all day and night, empty alcohol bottles lying everywhere, and a strange biological smell.
which all do nothing,
to help you theorize a possible solution,
for an issue that no manual or forum has an answer for.
oh, but wait !
your EGO allows you to think,
that your theoretical solution,
is good enough to consider !
long enough for you to make some kind of progress with it !
ego also protects you from the the harmful psychological effects,
of your inevitable failures.
your ego allows you to forgive your self for failing,
so you can learn wisdom from your mistakes, in a guilt free manner.
instead of the person who has too little ego.
who is psychological haunted and destroyed,
by their own mistakes.
like i used to be, long ago.
the road to mastery, is pathed with one million failures.
but only if you learn from each of those one million failures.
and you need ego,
to learn from them,
without being more likely to give up,
because of them.
there are also aspects of constructive competition,
that your ego allows you to use.
because the element of competition is involved,
when you are trying to solve a technical problem.
or if you need to get something unpleasant done.
and you cannot get it done,
purely for peaceful positive reasons.
yet it is more pleasant to get it done,
using negative, ugly, combative-minded reasons.
where the combativeness of the intellect,
is much smoother and subtile,
than the combativeness of the physical body.
the only people who will tell YOU to have less ego,
are people who are psychologically soothed,
by thinking that YOU are inferior to them.
absolutely nobody who knows what is best for you,
will tell you to lower your ego.
never mind their intentions.
mind the effect that they have, when they suggest things too you.
small people will try to make you small, like them.
but great people will treat you like you are great, as well.
and i know that every single one of you,
has the ability to do anything,
that the greatest of people have done.
any one of you could immitate the activities of satan,
just as skillfully,
as a bill gates or a steve jobs!
To put it subtly, self-confidence. So true, Rick. I couldn’t agree more. Just don’t let this “ego” control you but rather use it to direct you to the path you want to head out without hurting yourself or others.
Like technology, ego is a very powerful tool to accomplish things. Like what you said, ego allows you to think, uninhibited by your surroundings, who may even believe you are nothing but a fool. But as powerful as they come, both ego and technology are also very dangerous tools, like a knife. They can either be useful or dreadful.
Thanks for posting.
by the way.
steve jobs didn’t die.
bill gates told him to go to hell,
and buy up all of its stocks.
